This four-week course will provide an opportunity to roll up your sleeves and get to the work of being the tenzo in the space of our own daily life.  There is some reading associated with the course as well as a good deal of outside work to assist you as you assess what you have in the fridge and pantry of your life as well as the most skillful manner in which to use what you have to make the most delectable community feast for your meal!
