Mindful and powerful in everyday life
4 double lessons on Wednesdays from 19:30 – 21:00.
In this course, beginners are gently guided into the basic techniques of mindfulness for effective exercises for daily meditation and mindfulness in everyday life.
The aim is to use these techniques to integrate an individual mindfulness-exercise mix into everyday life and to be able to participate in the weekly AK group meditations at the Meyerhof.
In good weather also on the outdoor area of the Meyerhof.
