The Social & Pastoral Care Committee at Zen Garland is the heart of our community. This committee is attuned to the wellbeing of each member and their circles, and the spirit of the community as a whole. They provide food and drink at ceremonial events, create celebrations and pleasurable outings. They offer love, support, comfort and help where and when needed. Our committee also helps provide special ceremonies when someone needs to gather friends and family for a Baby Naming, Wedding, Healing or Memorial Service. We also maintain a weekly Healing Prayer List that is included in our daily Morning Service.

Most importantly the Social & Pastoral Care Committee at Zen Garland directs care and support for our homebound and ill members, providing childcare, meals, transportation, companionship and vital coordination of services.
